Kundalini yoga is open to all and is a spiritual rather than a religious practice.

Kundalini is from the word " kundal" which means coiled energy: the creative potential of an individual. A typical Kundalini yoga class consists of: Pranayam( breath),

Dynamic Asana(postures), Mantra (healing body and mind through sound vibration), mudra( sacred hand positions), Deep Relaxation, and Meditation (stilling the mind and clearing sub conscious mind of "junk").

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

About Yogi Bhajan Master of Kundalini Yoga & Mahan Tantric.

Yogi Bhajan brought Kundalini Yoga to the West in the 1960's. Breaking the centuries old taboo of keeping the teachings secret, he openly taught Kundalini yoga  to the public to elevate consciousness and awareness. Yogi Bhajan has left a legacy of teaching that will uplift humanity for generations to come.

About Siri Jot Kaur (LFitz Maurice)-KYTA registered teacher.

In the mid 1990's, Siri Jot was first introduced to hatha yoga and practised on and off until 2009, when she was blessed to come across Kundalini yoga, and knew this is what she'd been looking for!

She trained with Karam Kriya School, under the tutiledge of Shiv Charan Singh- living Spiritual Teacher and Master.

Siri  Jot is qualified as a kundalini yoga+ meditation teacher, as taught by Yogi Bhajan level1 (2011), and is a KYTA registered teacher( kundalini yoga teachers association)
